This notice is to inform the public of the field representatives responsible for overseeing compliance with the conditions of the NCDEQ Wind Energy Facility Permit during construction of the Facility pursuant to Condition II.B.2.a of the Wind Energy Facility Permit. The field representative will be accessible by telephone or email during normal business hours throughout site preparation, construction, and cleanup.

Site preparation, including some tree clearing, road construction, and switchyard grading, will commence on or after May 4, 2023. Construction is anticipated to begin in August 2023.
