Tyler Finley

Facility Manager

Tyler serves as the Facility Manager at the Timbermill Wind Farm in Chowan County, North Carolina. A native of northeastern North Carolina, he previously worked on North Carolina's first wind farm, Desert Wind, where he performed turbine maintenance, troubleshot equipment, and ensured the substation was operating properly. As facility manager, Tyler schedules turbine maintenance, coordinates inspections and contractors, and spends his days making sure the wind farm operates safely and efficiently.

Austin Beale

Asset Manager

Austin Beale has over 5 years of renewable energy experience and currently serves as an Asset Manager for wind, solar, and battery storage projects across the country. He is passionate about collaborating with various project stakeholders in local communities and contributing the shift to clean energy. Prior to joining the Apex team in 2024, Austin worked on early-stage project development, outreach, and analysis. He is proud to be a lifelong Virginian and graduate of the University of Virginia.

Bruce Chapman

Senior Asset Manager

Bruce Chapman brings more than two decades of dedicated experience in the renewable energy sector to the project team. Based in Maine, Bruce has held senior leadership and operational roles at several companies, including Greenbacker Capital, Longroad Energy, TerraForm Power, and First Wind. His deep technical expertise in field operations and portfolio management ensures that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Maine and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Husson University
