This month, subgrade preparation, cement stabilization, and aggregate placement took place at the cement batch plant and laydown yard. Temporary office trailers have been delivered and assembled on-site. Major materials were delivered, including anchor bolts, embedment rings, load spreader plates, and MV collection cable.

Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) will continue to be maintained on the construction site.

In the month ahead, continued work will include access road and culvert installation and road upgrades. Crews will mobilize, and excavating for holes will begin soon.
